    The scientific committee welcomes submissions for paper in the area of tourism ,cultural heritage, business administration, accounting, finance, and economy in the world today. More particularly, but not exclusively, the following tracks about the conference’s overarching theme are listed:

    To ensure the academic rigor of the 1st Scientific Conference on Modern Trends in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science, all authors must strictly adhere to the following publication policies and criteria required by the conference and its publishing partner, the Al-Furat Journal innovations in Electronics and Computer Engineering (FJIECE):

    1. Scientific & Methodological Requirements

    1. Originality: Submissions must be entirely original, innovative, and must not have been previously published, archived, or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

    2. Scope Relevance: The core theme of the manuscript must directly align with the declared tracks of the conference, including Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and modern smart engineering technologies.

    3. Plagiarism Policy: All submitted manuscripts will undergo rigorous similarity checking via Turnitin. The similarity index must comply with the strict thresholds set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) and the journal's guidelines.

    2. Technical & Formatting Specifications

    1. Language: Manuscripts should be written in English (the preferred language of the journal) or Arabic, maintaining professional academic writing standards.

    Under the auspices of the juridical administrator of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi Al-Karbalaii (May his glory last.) and the care of the Secretary-General, Mr. Hasan Resheed Jawad Al-Abaichi (May his success last.), the Department of the Holy Quran House at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein is holding the Seventh Annual International Imam Hussein (PBUH) Conference in cooperation with the Presidency of the University of Kufa/Faculty of Education, the Presidency of the University of Wasit and the Presidency of Al-Hamdaniya University for the period (21-22/7/2026) corresponding to (7-8 Safar 1448 AH).

     

    Conference Overview

    The University of Kufa/Faculty of Education is holding its Seventh Annual Imam Hussein (PBUH) International Conference, entitled "The Quranic Foundations in the Thought of Imam Hasan al-Mujtaba (PBUH): A Study of Methodology and Approach," under the slogan "O Comforter of the Believers." The conference is being held in cooperation with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein, the University of Wasit, and the University of Hamdaniya. The conference aims to discuss the Quranic foundations of Imam Al-Hasan (PBUH), who, after his father, was a pioneer in implementing the rulings of the Holy Quran as a way of life and a path to salvation.

    1. To reveal the interpretive heritage of Imam al-Hasan (PBUH).
    2. To demonstrate the status of Imam al-Hasan (PBUH) by highlighting his

             Quranic virtues.

    1. Thematic Relevance: The manuscript must directly align with one of the eight official conference tracks focusing on the “Quranic Foundations in the Thought of Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba (PBUH): A Reading of Method and Approach.”

    2. Originality: Submissions must be entirely original and innovative. The paper must not have been previously published or concurrently submitted to any other journal or conference.

    3. Academic Rigor: Authors must strictly adhere to the established methodological and scientific research standards approved by Iraqi universities and research institutions, ensuring precise textual citations and documentation.

    2. Journal Style Adherence: The manuscript formatting, referencing, and structure must comply with the publication guidelines of the Huda Al-Thaqalayn Peer-Reviewed Journal, affiliated with the Holy Quran House at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain.

    1. Peer Review Process: All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review evaluation by two independent specialized experts using a standardized appraisal form to guarantee objective and high-quality outcomes.

    2. Conference Deliverables:

      • Accepted papers will be compiled and printed in the official Conference Proceedings.

      • Outstanding and high-impact papers will be officially published in the Huda Al-Thaqalayn Peer-Reviewed Journal.

      • The conference themes will serve as a foundational platform for proposing future postgraduate research topics (Master's and Ph.D.).

    Peer Review Mechanism

    Research papers are peer-reviewed using a pre-prepared form that is sent to two scientific experts specializing in the research topic.

     

    Conference Outcomes

    Recommendations are collected from the researchers participating in the conference and announced in the final proceedings of the conference. These recommendations include recommendations to hold the conference periodically and annually under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The research papers are printed in the conference proceedings, and some of the rigorous research papers are published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal affiliated with the Holy Quran House at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein. It also serves as a special platform for academic study topics for Master's and Doctoral degrees based on the conference themes.
