Author Guidelines

Submission & Publication Guidelines

To ensure the academic rigor of the 1st Scientific Conference on Modern Trends in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science, all authors must strictly adhere to the following publication policies and criteria required by the conference and its publishing partner, the Al-Furat Journal innovations in Electronics and Computer Engineering (FJIECE):

1. Scientific & Methodological Requirements

  1. Originality: Submissions must be entirely original, innovative, and must not have been previously published, archived, or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  2. Scope Relevance: The core theme of the manuscript must directly align with the declared tracks of the conference, including Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and modern smart engineering technologies.

  3. Plagiarism Policy: All submitted manuscripts will undergo rigorous similarity checking via Turnitin. The similarity index must comply with the strict thresholds set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) and the journal's guidelines.

2. Technical & Formatting Specifications

  1. Language: Manuscripts should be written in English (the preferred language of the journal) or Arabic, maintaining professional academic writing standards.

  2. File Format: All papers must be uploaded in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) through the official electronic submission portal.

  3. Manuscript Template: Authors are strictly required to format their papers according to the official layout template of the Al-Furat Journal innovations in Electronics and Computer Engineering, including font sizes, layout styles, margins, and citation format.

3. Peer Review & Publication Process

  1. Double-Blind Peer Review: Every submission will be rigorously evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers within the specialization to maintain supreme objectivity and quality.

  2. Publication Outcome: Scientifically accepted papers that successfully fulfill the requested revisions will be officially published in the regular/special issues of the Al-Furat Journal innovations in Electronics and Computer Engineering.

Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

This section is dedicated exclusively to Attendance Registration for individuals who wish to attend the conference as audience members, listeners, or industry observers without presenting a research paper.
By submitting your registration through this section, you agree to the following guidelines:
1. Registration Process
Because this platform utilizes a standard manuscript submission workflow, you must complete the submission steps to register your attendance:
  • Abstract Field: Enter "ATTENDEE REGISTRATION" or a brief statement about your professional interest in the conference, fill in your details, and upload it as the primary file.
2. Review and Confirmation
  • Submissions in this section will not undergo peer review.
  • The Organizing Committee will review your submission strictly for administrative and capacity tracking.
  • Once validated, your submission status will be updated to "Accepted," and you will receive an official Conference Attendance Confirmation via email.
3. Important Notes
  • Submitting to this section does not qualify you to present a paper or publish in the conference proceedings.
  • Please ensure your registration is submitted before the official attendance deadline to guarantee seating at the venue and your certificate of attendance.
