Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

The Organizing Committee welcomes original and innovative research submissions aligned with the conference tracks. Authors must adhere to the academic and methodological standards recognized by Iraqi universities and academic institutions:

1. General & Methodological Requirements

  • Originality: Submissions must be original, significantly contribute to the field, and should not have been previously published or currently under review elsewhere.

  • Scope Alignment: The manuscript must directly align with one of the eight official conference tracks focusing on the Quranic foundations in the thought of Imam Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba (PBUH).

  • Academic Rigor: Authors must strictly adhere to scientific research methodologies regarding structural clarity, analytical depth, and rigorous citation.

2. Technical & Formatting Specifications

  • Page Limit: The complete manuscript must not exceed (25) pages, including references, tables, and appendices.

  • File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

  • Typography (English Papers): Use Times New Roman font. Text body should be (12pt), section headings (14pt Bold), and footnotes (10pt).

  • Typography (Arabic Papers): Use Simplified Arabic font. Text body should be (14pt), section headings (16pt Bold), and footnotes (12pt).

  • Citation Style: Footnotes or endnotes must be clearly formatted, with a comprehensive, alphabetically sorted reference list at the end of the paper.

Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
